Privacy policy
Effective November 9, 2026. This policy covers Tenacity Home Buyers, a trade name of Fresh Start Home Buyer LLC ("we"). It applies to information collected through this website, its forms, and calls and texts to our business number.
What we collect
When you send a form: the property address, your phone number and/or email, your name, the situation you picked, whether you agreed to texts, and the page and ad that brought you here.
When you call or text our business number: your number, the call or message, and, if a call is recorded, the recording.
When you browse: if we turn on Google Analytics or the Meta pixel, they set cookies and record pages visited. They never receive your name, phone or address from us.
How we use it
To contact you about your property, make you an offer, and complete a sale if you decide to sell. We also use the page and ad information to see which of our advertising works.
Financial and property details
To make an offer, we may ask roughly what's owed on the house, and you may tell us about liens, back taxes, a probate or other details of your situation. We use them only to make you an offer and close a sale, and share them only with the title company and the people working on that sale.
Who we share it with
Only who's needed to work on your property: the title and escrow company handling a closing; a buyer we assign our purchase contract to; the service providers that run our CRM, phone and texting; and Google and Meta for ad measurement (no names, phones or addresses).
We do not sell your information. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Texts
We text you only if you checked the consent box or texted us first. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. See our Terms for the text program details.
How long we keep it and how to delete it
We keep lead information for up to three years after our last contact, and records of completed sales as long as the law requires. To see or delete what we hold about you, call or text (509) 661-2961, email [email protected].
Ads shown to past visitors
If we advertise with Google or Facebook, they may show our ads to people who visited this site, using their cookies. They don't receive your name, phone number or address from us.
Opting out of tracking
You can block cookies in your browser, use Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and turn off ad personalization in your Facebook settings.
Do Not Track
This site doesn't currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. You can still opt out of tracking as described above.
How we protect it
Only our team and the service providers named above can see your information. This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the accounts we keep it in are password-protected.
Children
This site is for adults selling a property. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, such as county offices and Washington's foreclosure hotline. Their privacy practices are their own, and we're not responsible for them.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top.
